December was a WILD month for reading and reviewing! Since so many of the books I read aren’t slated to have their reviews go live until January and February, I’m only going to count the books I have reviewed this month in this wrap-up!

Only one book received a perfect five star review this month! That was, of course, Hunting Moon by Susan Dennard, the second book in her Luminaries series! This audiobook was just absolutely amazing. I know if I'd only read it, I wouldn't have felt as emotional as I did listening to narrator Caitlin Davies give life to Winnie and, of course, Jay - my best boy.
missed the mark

There was one book that unfortunately missed the mark this month, coming in at 2.5 stars, and it was Good Elf Gone Wrong by Alina James. It was a highly anticipated holiday romance that just didn't match expectations. It was such a shame because I really wanted to love this but it was simply not for me! If you like degradation and bully romance though, this might be right up your alley!
